Tournament Fee $500.00
NO CLEATS ALLOWED! Turf or tennis shoes only!
2 non paid berths will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place with 8 teams. Champions and runners-up will also receive individual trophies. A $100 cashier's check will be given to the winners of this event. This payment can be used for any NSA tournament.
The teams that will be accepted into this tournament will be the first teams to send in payment. It will be done on a first come, first serve basis; all other entries will be put on a waiting list.
No refunds will be given prior to 2 weeks from start date of the tournament.
$150 gate fee will be due at the time of check in. You can pay in cash, check made payable to NSA or Shirley Minnick, or pay it along with your entry fee on PayPal.
All of Shirley's tournaments can be paid via PayPal. If paying by PayPal: go to www.playindianansa.com, click on "Payments" tab, click the amount you are in need of paying, then go through the payment process. They can also be mailed to: P.O. Box 312, Wabash, IN, 46992.
When making a payment, please list: the team name, age group, and what tournament you are paying for. You can either write it in the "notes" section of the check, or send a paper in the envelope that lists these things if you are sending by mail. If you are paying by PayPal, list the details in the comments section during the payment process. It will make the payment process more efficient and hopefully create less confusion to be able to accept you into tournaments as quickly as possible.
