No Friday games and no gate fees. This tournament is a B/C class NSA World Series Qualifier and all teams must be registered with NSA at playnsa.com and provide a sanction number with their entry. Teams may sign up on the NSA website and mail entry to Shawn Sanders, 816 E. Cherry St., Olney, IL 62450. Payment needs to be received by Sept 16th, paypal is also available. All teams must carry NSA insurance or purchase a weekend policy for $10. Format will be 4 pool play and single elimination. All divisions are 5gg, 8U is $250, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U are $350. 16U and 18U may be combined if not enough teams and any division can be split to have both B and C classes if plenty of teams. Individual trophies for 1st and 2nd. Championship game will be 75 min or 7 inn. All other games will be 70 min or 6 inn max. Any inning started will get finished unless the home team is winning. All other games will be 65 min or 6 inn max. Any inning started will get finished unless the home team is winning. Pool play games can end in a tie. 5 runs max per inning except the last inning will be 10 runs for both teams(per coaches request). If time does not permit a 6th inn, the umpire will declare the 5th inn the last inn. In the event that the visiting team gets ahead by more than 10 runs after the time limit then the game will end and be scored. Mercy rule is 16 after 4 inn and 11 after 5 inn.
